Cameron Diaz reveals her biggest addictions in new interview

Cameron Diaz has shared some pretty huge secrets about herself in the upcoming February issue of Self magazine.
At 41-years old Cameron Diaz is now in the best health and shape that she has ever been in throughout her life.
Cameron is crediting her good health to “The Body Book,” and in the inept interview with the “Charlie’s Angels” star reveals that the book totally transformed her into the person she is today.
Diaz even went as far as to admit to one of her greatest past addictions, one that was really hard for her to beat, her obsession with Taco Bell and junk food in general. This is an addiction that many of Cameron’s fans can get on board with and share daily.

Fast food addiction one of the toughest for Diaz to conquer

Cameron spoke fondly of Taco Bell stating:
“I saw a Taco Bell yesterday—it made my stomach scream. If I had nothing else to do, I would be, like, ‘Three bean-and-cheese burritos and give me some nachos with extra cheese sauce!’ I would so kill that s***. But what I’ve learned is that just ’cause you can chew it and swallow it and poop it out doesn’t mean it’s food.”
Thank goodness that  Diaz has fallen head over heels in love with exercise, it is her latest obsession according to the star and gives her the sense and purpose in life to be the better version of herself.
“I love the science of the body, and I love to give information and see people utilize it in their own lives. I want women to know that it’s never too late to start paying attention to their bodies. Until I started training at 27 for ‘Charlie’s Angels,’ I didn’t. I literally quit smoking a month before. I was, like, ‘Ugh, I’ve got to do this training. I guess I should stop smoking now.’ We trained eight hours a day, seven days a week for three months, and I was dying. Crying every day. On Monday, I wondered how am I ever going to do this, but soon enough, I had a six-pack. At 27, I wasn’t consciously saying, ‘I’m doing this for when I’m 41.’ But at 41, I’m saying, ‘Thank God I started at 27.’”
Cameron shares her 30 minute workout routine in February 2014′s issue of Self magazine, claiming if she can do it pretty much anyone can.
The magazine is on store shelves now and gives Cameron Diaz fans a closer and more personal look into the private life of Diaz, well worth a read if you are looking for anew exercise routine, and inspiration and your daily health and fitness.
Cameron Diaz fans can also look forward to the release of Cameron’s new film “The Other Woman” later this spring. The book, the body and the film all looks to be the beginning of a successful 2014 to Cameron Diaz!
