Kate Gosselin losing custody of sextuplets to Jon?

Kate Gosselin in for a nasty custody battle with ex-husband Jon Gosselin over their sextuplets?

Kate Gosselin is headed to court again. Her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin is reportedly suing her for custody of their 9-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel, and Leah.

“They live in fear of Kate,” Jon told In Touch Weekly. “Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me,” he said.

“First, I’m going to file for an emergency petition for contempt … The next step is to fight for custody,” says Jon, adding that he’ll file as soon as he can save enough money for lawyers and paperwork fees. “It’s the only way I can protect the younger six.”

However, Jon may have two big problems. If he can’t afford lawyers and paperwork fees how will he be able to take care of six children on his own?

The second problem Jon faces in taking the sextuplets from Kate Gosselin is his oldest daughters, Maddy and Cara, who seemingly want nothing to do with their father.

Also, a judge may be hesitant to separate the sextuplets from their older siblings.

“Regardless of what the judge decides, I have to at least try,” says Jon. “I just wish Kate would wake up, realize how she’s behaving — and change her ways,” Jon adds.
