Shia LaBeouf'

Shia LaBeouf's strange antics have continued this past week. He first drew attention after Defamer reported that he wants to stage a repentance-themed performance art show at an unnamed Los Angeles art gallery, part of his so-called apology tour for plagiarizing work by author Daniel Clowes.
Soon after, he announced via Twitter that the series of apologies, including hiring a skywriting company to write “I am sorry Daniel Clowes” over the city of L.A., was itself all a performance-art act. Even the plagiarism, he contended, was part of the Joaquin Phoenix-esque game.
“In the midst of being embroiled in acts of intended plagiarism, the world caught me & I reacted,” he tweeted. “The show began. I became completely absorbed, oblivious to things around me.”
POLL: Who's Behaving Worse: Shia LaBeouf or Justin Bieber?
While it’s now unclear if LaBeouf plans to carry out his art show after telling the world the pose is all a ruse, The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the Nymphomaniac actor contacted at least four art spaces, including downtown L.A.-based contemporary Francois Ghebaly Gallery, to propose his piece.
"We got an inquiry from him," gallery owner Francois Ghebaly tells THR. "We responded that we'd be interested to discuss it with him. Nothing is sure at all."
One gallerist -- who wishes to remain unnamed – was contacted by LaBeouf, who emailed him a proposal, which THR has obtained exclusively and which is excerpted below. The actor describes his planned show, titled #IAMSORRY; it would feature pliers, whiskey, Belgian chocolates, Transformers toys, printed-out Twitter comments on folded paper and a ukelele.
